- Arrival from 6pm (weekly rental)
- Departure before 10am (weekly rental)
- The weekend runs from Friday at 3pm to Sunday at 8pm
- Minimum stay: 2 nights outside of summer
- Minimum duration: 3 nights for special weekends (Easter, Ascension, Pentecost)
- Minimum duration: 1 week in summer from Saturday to Saturday

Rates 2024 ****Comfort and Serenity **** = All-inclusive !
The property is always rented to one group only, so that you can make the most of it while preserving your privacy! The rates shown are calculated for a group of 15 people maximum.
For your peace of mind, the **** Comfort and Serenity **** package includes :
- The initial cleaning specially carried out in accordance with the anti-COVID recommendations is included in the package **** Comfort and Serenity ****
- The privatisation of 440 m2 of the Château de La Bruyère en Velay
- Beds made on arrival
- Bathroom and kitchen linen
- Water consumption
- Electricity and heating consumption
- Basic necessities (kitchen, maintenance, sanitary)
- WIFI internet access (fibre)
- Tourist tax of 1,00€ per adult per night + 0,10€ for the additional departmental tax
- Maintenance of the swimming pool and the park (by appointment during the stay)
- Cleaning at the end of your stay
Weekend (excluding special weekends) (from 59€ per night and per person):
1 850 for 2 nights + 3 days ; 497€ per additional night
Weekdays: 1 795€ for 2 nights + 3 days, 497€ per additional night.
Special long weekends of minimum 3 days (from 61€ per night and per person) (Easter, 1st May and 8th May, Ascension, Pentecost):
2 450€ for 3 nights + 4 days ; 497€ per additional night
Mid season: from 26/04/2025 to 31/05/2025 and from 04/10/2025 to 03/11/2025
3 195€ for 7 nights (from 31€ per night and per person)
High season: (from 40€ per night and per person)
1 week from 31/05/2025 to 12/07/2025 and from 23/08/2025 to 04/10/2025:
4 195€ for 7 nights
1 week from 12/07/2025 to 19/07/2025:

Very high season: (from 53€ per night and per person)
1 week from 19/07/2025 to 23/08/2025 :

- The rental is a non-smoking area out of respect for the premises and the next tenants

- No stag or hen parties allowed
- No loud parties or parties of more than 15 people allowed
- Out of respect for people with allergies, animals are not allowed
Conditions de réservation
- Payment methods: bank transfer
- 25% of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking
- 38% is to be paid 3 months before the beginning of the stay
- The balance is to be paid 2 months before the beginning of the stay
- A deposit of 1600€ will be requested and returned if no damage is found
